We accept payment via bank transfer and MoMo wallet.

Orders will be processed upon successful payment confirmation. Please transfer the correct amount and include the correct transfer content (order code + full name) to avoid errors.

Nationwide delivery via partner shipping carriers.

• Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days after payment receipt
• Delivery Time: 2–5 business days depending on region
• Free shipping for orders from 500.000₫
• Orders under 500,000₫: shipping fee 35.000₫

After dispatch, we will send the tracking code via Zalo or email (if provided).

We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days from the date of receipt if:

• Product defect due to manufacturer (missing cards, damaged box)
• Product does not match description
• Product damaged during shipping

Returns/Exchanges not accepted in these cases:

• Product used, packaging opened
• Change of mind after receipt
