Overview
Something is breaking, suddenly or inevitably, and the break is necessary. It was rotting long before it fell — the collapse just makes the rot visible.
Meaning
Upright
Something is breaking—suddenly or inevitably—and the breaking is necessary. A relationship fractures because it was built on lies. A job ends because it was wrong. An identity shatters because it was never yours. The destruction feels violent because you were leaning on what's falling. But the tower was rotting long before it collapsed; the crash just makes it visible. In the rubble is clarity: you can now see what needs rebuilding and what should have been left to rot. This is devastation and permission at once.
Reversed
The collapse is being resisted or delayed, which prolongs the agony. Or it's already happened and you're still refusing to see what broke. The tower will keep cracking until you stop reinforcing it with denial.

This relationship is ending or has just ended in a way that strips away all pretense. Infidelity, incompatibility, or a truth that rewrites everything. The destruction is real, and the grief is real. But what was built on illusion had to fall.
