Overview
Something that was stuck is starting to move, and the timing isn't yours to control. The static phase is over; what was true yesterday is being unmade whether you're ready or not.
Meaning
Upright
Something that was stalled or hidden is shifting into visibility or opportunity. In work, an opening arrives or a long-running project reaches a turning point—momentum is changing. In money, luck or timing shifts in your favor; an opportunity you weren't expecting. In a relationship, something is moving—either toward commitment or toward necessary ending; the static phase is over. The card is about timing and cycles; what was true yesterday is being unmade, and what comes next is arriving. You're not controlling the change, but you can ride it. The wheel turns for everyone; right now it's turning toward you.
Reversed
The wheel is turning away from you, or you're resisting the change that's trying to happen. Bad luck, blocked progress, or cycles repeating in ways you can't escape. Or you're waiting for luck instead of being active when the wheel does turn. Bad timing or refusal to move when movement is possible.
